How do I play?

You downloaded the SpeedQuizzing app, you've connected to the "Quiz" wi-fi. Now just enter a team name and press Connect! After that, scroll through our extensive selection of team buzzers, choose one, and you're ready to play SpeedQuizzing.

Once I've asked a question, it will appear on your device which is where you will submit your answer. For first letter, as shown here, enter the first letter of the answer. But ignore "The", "A" or "An" if the answer begins with one of these!

For multiple choice, just tap the answer you think is correct. There could be two, three, four, five or six options!

What number? How many? What year? If the answer is a number, enter the digits, then press enter. For a year, it must be all four digits.

Similar to multiple choice, but with Multi Tap you must tap ALL the correct answers and NONE of the incorrect ones!

With sequence questions, you have to get a list of items in the correct order.

Look at the picture, listen to the question, then tap the picture to bring back the keypad to submit your answer. It could be first letter, multiple choice, number, sequence or Multi Tap!

In our buzzer round, you have to be the first team to tap your screen to buzz in! You tell me your answer when I get to your table, then the other teams either tap their screens to agree or leave them untouched to disagree. Points are won or lost based on whether you're right or wrong!

At the end of each round, everyone's scores are revealed! At this point you know whether to feel smug at your success or determined to improve. But be warned...smugness never pays off in SpeedQuizzing!
