With SpeedQuizzing, you'll never need to worry about the potential for cheating! Gone are the days of someone on a team disappearing for a few minutes to Google the answers then coming back to write them in. With SpeedQuizzing, there are no pens, no paper, and no cheating!

Teams play by tapping answers on our app, downloaded to a smartphone or tablet. You are connected the the host's private network, have no internet connection, and you're against the clock! With only 10 seconds to submit an answer, you need to be FAST. And on top of all that, the fastest teams score the most points!

In a two hour quiz, you can expect over A HUNDRED questions of varying levels of difficulty on every subject under the sun. There's general knowledge, themed rounds and a music round. And everything is suitable for all ages!

My name is Owen Andrew, and I am proud to have been the first host to bring the SpeedQuizzing format to London and the home counties! Since 2014 I have been packing pubs on tradionally quiet weeknights, filling them with so many players that it looks like a Saturday night!

Make no mistake: SpeedQuizzing is an excellent format, but any quiz night is nothing without  a lively host with the skill to give you a buzzing atmosphere and create additional content to bring even more variety to the quiz.

Formerly known as SpeedQuizzing London, I decided to rebrand as A1 SpeedQuizzing in 2024 to reflect the much wider radius of areas where I now host regular SpeedQuizzing nights. You can find me everywhere from North London, through Hertfordshire and out to Milton Keynes!
